Research is conducted with products, processes and people in focus

The research area covers experimental and theoretical studies with relevance to the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and other related areas, as well as addressing system aspects of food production and consumption in society. Our interdisciplinary program comprises four areas: Food Technology, Engineering, Nutrition and Pharmaceutical Technology.
